On the afternoon of February 25, Arend Wulff, Head of the Political Section at the German Embassy in China, visited the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University, accompanied by Deputy Head Marian Gordzielik and Policy Officer Canan Gündüz. CISS Director Da Wei, Associate Research Fellow Sun Chenghao, and Assistant Research Fellow Shi Yan participated in the discussion.
