He is the Vice Dean of the Internet Research Institute at Beijing Normal University and a nonresident Senior Fellow, Center for International Security and Strategy, Tsinghua University. He has participated in the preparation of several national policy documents and published several works on scienti?c and technological innovation. His recent research interests include technology innovation and national security.
