On March 31, 2021, the Chinese Mission to the European Union and the European think tank Friends of European co-organized a seminar themed “The Dual Circulation - China’s Place on the World Stage”. HUANG Ping, a China Forum Expert, director of Taiwan HongKong Macao Research Center Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, delivered a speech on the implications and significance of the dual circulation policy.
